How do I manage the information in My Account? - +

My Account is the most handy tool to manage and review your orders in the FameInCity. My Account allows you update all the necessary information and keep a watch over your orders and wishlists. My Account makes it extremely convenient for you control and oversee your transactions. It also allows you finish the incomplete payments. You may effectively edit and revise your personal data like Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail id etc. It also enables you to track your orders accurately. You may change your password from time to time for privacy and security.

How will I decipher that my order has been confirmed? - +

Once the order has been duly registered and the payment has been confirmed, the seller acknowledges the receipt of the order and start processing it. An email is then sent to you to notify that your order has been confirmed. This email contains a unique order number, the product(s) listings and the expected time of delivery. Subsequently, you shall also receive notifications regarding the shipment details of the products. As and when the product is shipped, we shall duly inform you about the same along with the respective tracking numbers.

Can an Out of Stock product be ordered? - +

Unfortunately, if a certain product has been listed as out of stock, we cannot receive an order for the same. However, you may use the notify me option to be informed of its availability duly.

Why are the same products priced differently on the FameInCity? - +

A particular product may be listed under different prices on our portal. This is because different sellers quote a different price for the same product. FameInCity allows different buyers to vie for your approval and for the sale of the same product.

Is it necessary to have a FameInCity account to shop? - +

You may shop on our portal simply using your email id. However, the FameInCity account makes your transactions seamless and hassle-free. It is therefore highly recommended that you create your own FameInCity account. Through this account, you may personalize your entire shopping experience without the trouble of filling in the details every time. You can also keep a track of your orders and write public reviews about the sellers and the products using your account.

How do I check the status of my orders? - +

The My Orders tab in the My Accounts section enables you to check your orders. All your orders are enlisted in this section.Clicking onto one shall furnish you with all the required details. Following statuses refer to specific meanings. Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: Authorization has been received from the payment gateway and your order is being processed by the seller.

Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.

Order Cancelled:The order was cancelled. Kindly note that an order can only be cancelled up till the order under processing level. Once it has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How will be able to track my product post shipment? - +
